Qualifications

1. Architectural, environmental art, interior design and other related majors, overseas study experience is preferred

2. 8 years of interior design experience, including 5 years of design team management experience

3. Possess international vision and design concept, have strong creative design or scheme creative conception ability, deepen design ability

4.Excellent plan management ability, bidding ability, team leadership and communication ability

Qualifications

3. Can independently complete the concept and design of public space, and be proficient in operating various design software

Qualifications

1、全日制本科及以上学历，平面设计、绘画等相关专业，有海外留学经验优先；一年以上工作经验（优秀应届毕业生可放宽条件）

2、能独立完成品牌设计；有良好的文学或广告写作功底，能够独立故事线创作

3、对设计具有较好的效果控制和艺术鉴赏能力，对色彩及流行风向等有敏锐的把握力

Qualifications

1、具有10年以上的机电顾问公司或者甲方机电专业设计经验；持有机电类专业中级职称或国家专业注册师

2、熟悉建筑及各专业的各项规范、规程；有大型酒店、商业空间机电二次设计经验的优先考虑

Qualifications

1、3-5年室内外灯光工作经验

2、独立完成灯光设计方案，熟悉各阶段和基本要求（项目方案、扩初、施工图）；熟悉各种光源及灯具品牌

3、有较强的3D建模及夜景效果图绘制能力（灯光效果动画优先）；熟练使用各种照明设计及绘图软件
