In addition, the office project "QIANHAI FREE TRADE OFFICE BUILDING" designed by J&A also won the 2018 Sustainable Living category of the "IDA 2018, Honorable Mention". J&A merged traditional Lingnan culture to refine the design of "Window of the World" The concept has confirmed its unique aesthetic sense on the international stage.

On April 12, the awarding ceremony of the 2019 (sixteenth) annual conference of the China Commercial Real Estate Industry Development Forum was grandly held in Suzhou. The awards ceremony revealed the various awards of China's commercial real estate in 2019, encouraging outstanding practitioners, benchmarking projects, representative brands, and influential companies and institutions in the commercial real estate industry. J&A's wholly-owned subsidiary in Hong Kong, JATO, won the "China Excellent Commercial Architectural Design Award" for its "Shanghai Lujiazui Gala Mall" project.

On April 12, the highest honor in the field of Chinese hospital construction-the 2019 Dashi Cup China Hospital Construction Awards Ceremony was held in Chengdu Grand. The "New Elements International Medical Center" project created by J&A is rated as "China's Top Ten Hospital Interior Design Solutions".

On April 26th, the opening ceremony and award ceremony of the shortlisted works of "THE BEST METRO STATION 2018-2019" was held in Shanghai Academy of Fine Arts. Among the nearly 200 stations in 20 cities across the country participating in the event, J&A stood out with his work "Shenzhen Metro Line 7 Huanggang Port Station" and won the "Top Ten Most Beautiful Metro Stations in China" Award and "Best Art Creation Award" The work "Shenzhen Metro Line 11 Airport Station" won the "Best Theme Design Award".
